Macmillan fest. 2016

Music and charity are two of the most important parts of some people’s lives, but when they combine, there is a sacred bond that creates nothing but positive energy. A prime example of this stems from the tireless work of IKE Productions’ own MacMillan Fest, a one-day festival which happens annually across an array of venues in Nottingham. In previous years, the likes of Bleed From Within, Earthtone, Tesseract and Evil Scarecrow have graced the line-up, providing outstanding entertainment for a reasonable price, whilst donating to an incredibly important cause.

This year, the festival have stepped things up by adding the main hall of Rock City as their main stage and booking Sikth and InMe to top the bill for the 2017 edition along with a plethora of the best upcoming alternative acts in the country. In your entry price, you’re allowed entry to the stages in Rock City, Rescue Rooms, Stealth, Spanky Van Dykes and more. There’s also over sixty six acts across the seven stages, all of which performing in the hope of raising both awareness and money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Take it from us; this isn’t a festival worth missing!
