Bad Touch

With a tremendous rocking sound these guys where there inspirations on their sleeves with pride. Hailing from Norfolk they have recently produced their “Live at the Mill” EP. So if you like your rock from the same vein as Thunder, The Little Angels, and Gun ‘n Roses (the good stuff!), then look no further. More importantly they have supported Bournemouths very own Voodoo Vegas.

From the Run To The Hills style drum intro to “Lyin’ and Losing” with its great dual guitar sound, through the harder, heavier sound of “Down”, with it’s guitar break work towards the end gives a great feel to the track. “One Last Chance” shows a mellower side, an almost old school sound in places, but still dealing out the power and energy (with the great line; “One last chance to hear the beat of a loaded heart”). Closing with “Outta The Dark” you are left wanting more of their style of good honest rockin’. The whole EP just calls out to be played over and over again, which is the only negative thing I found with it – I need another 6 tracks and have a whole album to listen to!!!

Bad Touch

Having listened to the EP, it is no wonder that they are building up a great reputation, racking up the accolades including;

– Won Exposure Music Award 2012 as BEST LIVE ACT
– Have had 2 tracks at No. 1 in the UK Unsigned Charts for a total of 9 weeks during 2012
– Played Hard Rock Hell 2012 with a host of great bands such as Buckcherry, Dr. Feelgood, Molly Hatchett etc.
– Played O2 Islington, The 100 Club, The Underworld, Norwich Waterfront and UEA, headline 3rd stage at – Cambridge Rock Festival, BFest and Gig in the Park
– Have gigged with The Electric Boys, Red White and Blues, Wolfsbane, Kobra and the Lotus, Saxon and amazingly Aggro Santos

Show your support, and get them back into Dorset!
