The Frequency

The Frequency have sadly announced that their Bass Player Dan Hammond Smith has decided to leave the band for pastures new, we can not speculate as to his reasons for him leaving.

But all of us here at Rock Regeneration are totally gutted by the news and we of course wish him all the best with whatever he decides to do in the future. The question is can the band continue without his multi talented skills? The band have three great guys in Austyn, Dan and Phil, but the chemistry between the four of them was something really special and to bring someone new in would be very difficult job. The band have decided to continue despite this and start their search for a new bass player, could this be you?

The Frequency need a new bass player!

The Frequency

The Frequency are a well established originals band based in the Bournemouth area, and if you have a look around our website you will find plenty of example of their work. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our band on bass duty. They have many exciting opportunities coming up and need an individual who will work hard with us and is passionate about music and gigging. Their influences include Oasis, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Weller, Kings of Leon to name a few. You will need to be able to get up to speed quickly as we have numerous gigs already booked. Ideally we are looking for someone aged between 20-30 who has their own decent equipment and most importantly their own transport. If you would like to try out for the position please contact the band manager Tony Williams on 07815 818065 or e-mail at
