What do you think of when you think of Tunbridge Wells? Nice sleepy’ish town? The Garden Of England?
I am guessing you don’t think of the band Ugly Love, and their own brand of Rock ‘n Roll, who describe their music as for the “weird and horny”. With a healthy dollop of humour, along with energy, catchy lyrics;
“I’m no model, I’m no model, I’m no model, I look like I have been beaten in the face with a shovel”
These guys are taking on the rock scene and they have the capability, attitude, and more importantly a sense of fun.
This spring they embark on their first UK tour and play the Introducing stage at Takedown Festival, with their tour taking in the Edge Of The Wedge. Having already received acclaim from the industry for their brand of sleazy alt-rock they are set for big things.
“No Model” is released on 24th February, and will be available from the regular digital outlets. Check ’em out!
