We’re thrilled to announce that the magical Tom McQ will be performing his thought-provoking lyrics and catchy melodies in the idyllic setting of Shapwick Church, near Wimborne. This traveling troubadour, this lovable busking bard, will reach into your soul and have you singing and dancing on the pews.

Supporting Tom McQ will be the extraordinarily talented Jill Barr, a local storyteller who will tell the tale of the “Cap of Rushes”. The renowned poet and playwright Peter John Cooper will also recite his poetry on the themes of the night: Peace, Love & Harmony.

Wordsmith Justin Sellick will be compere for the evening, and DJing duties will be honoured by the eclectic and eccentric Grandmaster Fluff.

There will be a small bar selling a selection of beers, spirits and light refreshments.

This unmissable event takes place at the beautiful St. Bartholomew’s Church, Shapwick Friday, 26th November. Doors open at 7.30pm and the fun starts at 8.00pm. Admission is £10 (+£1 booking fee). Tickets are available here.
