Perfect for those dreamy Summer days; South Coast music creator Norj J, aka Jack Spooner has this month released a new single entitled “Future Days. It combines elements from the depths of Shoegaze, Indie/Pop and Jazz. The musically enthusiastic Jack explains “the song mimics the infamous Peter Pan mentality of not wanting to grow up, living life on the ‘passenger side’ with a teenage love interest”. The song has already premiered on BBC Radio Bristol as performed live by Nory and his band. It follows its predecessors “Secrecy and I” and “Nightlife” which between them achieved over 17,000 streams and gained over 9000 new listeners.

Their is a infectious quality to the track that boasts some catchy rhythms, alongside melodic dreamy guitar sequences that are topped by Jack’s easy listening vocals and fetching harmonies. The hook-laden, radio friendly tune comes from a host of different influences; however it has an original quality that shows there are plenty of creative options for further creation in the future. There is plenty of positivity, passion and real eagerness to success for this young artist; if only one could bottle his spirit, if anyone is more deserving to succeed it is Nory-J.
